USSSA Pride to Face Chicago Bandits in Final Regular Season Series
Viera, FL– August 10, 2017-The Pride are heading to The Ballpark of Rosemont to face the Chicago Bandits in the final series of the 2017 season. The three-game series begins on August 11th and concludes Sunday, August 13th.
Games one and two on August 11th and 12th are set to begin at 8:35PM (ET) and game three will finish up a little earlier with first pitch set for 4:05PM (ET). Fans can watch every Pride game all summer long on NPFTV.com.
Last night the Pride defeated the Beijing Eagles in game four of the series, 11-0, and improved to 37-9 with last night’s win. In forty-six games, the Pride offense has scored 236 runs, with 53 home runs, 217 RBI and 375 hits. The Pride pitching staff has totaled 258 strikeouts with a 1.58 ERA.

- Kelly Kretschman: Kelly continues to dominate offensively leading the NPF in 5 offensive categories: hits (56), runs (31), avg. (.505), on-base percentage (.626) and slugging percentage (.784). On the season, Kretschman has totaled 12 doubles and 2 triples with 5 HR and 18 RBI.
- Shelby Pendley: Currently leads the league and USSSA in home runs (12). On the season, Shelby has 30 RBI, 35 hits, 30 runs, 4 doubles and is hitting .271.
- Chelsea Goodacre: Goodacre has 9 home runs this season, second-best on the Pride, with 29 RBI, 36 hits, 25 runs and is hitting .303.
- Sierra Romero: Currently leads the Pride in RBI (30),only four behind the league leader. On the season, Romero is batting .308 with 7 HR, 32 hits and 16 runs.
