NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 9, 2017) – National Pro Fastpitch announced a league-wide partnership with SwingAway Sports Products. SwingAway becomes the first partner in the category of Official Batting Station of National Pro Fastpitch.

SwingAway training devices will be on site in NPF venues for athlete training and practice and will also be utilized in team camps and clinics when possible.

“SwingAway Sports Products is very proud and excited to be officially partnering with National Pro Fastpitch, the organization, its teams and athletes, for the 2017 season,” commented John J. Flading, President and CEO of SwingAway. “The fastpitch softball market continues to be explosive and the NPF is the Fastpitch Global Pinnacle. NPF is a perfect partner for Swingaway to launch its new fastpitch product line for the 2017 season and many years to come.”

“We must recognize the personal training needs of our athletes as well as the influence our players have on young girls both through example and instructional sessions,” commented NPF Commissioner, Cheri Kempf. “Partnering with a training products company with the reputation of SwingAway is a great asset to athletes at all levels and we look forward to the impact this relationship will certainly have on both of our brands.”

SwingAway has emerged as the leader in developing highly effective game improvement softball/baseball hitting and throwing training equipment for players of all ages and skill levels. The Hitting Trainers along with the Zone In trainers are popular staples of SwingAway softball products.

The NPF season leads off on June 1 with an opening day at The Ballpark at Rosemont as the defending Cowles Cup Champions host the Akron Racers for a three game series. All 150 games of the 2017 season can be viewed live on NPFTV.
