USSSA Pride in Texas: Texas Softball – Sights and Sounds

Round Rock, Texas-June 30, 2014 The USSSA Pride traveled to Texas this past week to play two series in Mansfield and Round Rock, and this was anything but another ordinary series. The Pride are home to several former Texas Longhorn Softball players, making this trip a special one for both players and fans. The Lone Star State saw the return of legendary pitcher Cat Osterman (’06), standout catcher Megan Willis (’07), record setting Breja’e Washington (’14) and pitching star Blair Luna (’13). Longhorn Head Coach, Connie Clark, made a special appearance to deliver the Ceremonial First Pitch to Megan Willis at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas.
