2013 Season:  Sarah was a member of the All NPF Team at the AT-Large position. Sarah pitched 88 innings in 17 games and had a 9-5 record. She recorded a 3.18 ERA and struck out 90 batters.

2012 SEASON: In 61.2 innings of work and 12 games played, Sarah Pauly had an 8-2 record with a 2.49 ERA with 51 strikeouts and 14 walks. Elected to the Combat All-NPF Team at seasons end.

PROFESSIONAL: 2011 Played in her 3rd season with the Pride in 2011…Had a 3-3 record, an ERA of 2.0, and 47 strikeouts…Held opponents to a .202 average and an OBP of .256.Won 2 NPF championships (2010 and 2007)…Named an All-NPF selection in 2006…Named an American Softball Association Women’s Open 1st Team All-American in 2005. 2010: Won 15 games tying for the league lead…. Won 2 games and sported a 1.24 ERA in the NPF Championship series. 2009: Joined the Florida Pride. 2008: Led the league with a 1.74 ERA… struck out 112 batters. 2007: Joined the Washington Glory…Had a 13-6 record…Had a 1.35 ERA…Had nearly 1 strikeout per inning, achieving 122 strikeouts in 124.2 innings…Allowed only 24 earned runs during the Glory’s 2007 championship-winning season. 2006: Earned Most Outstanding Pitcher in her 2006 season with the Brakettes…Ranked1st in the league with a 1.24 ERA…Tied for league-highs for wins (15) and strikeouts (138) …Named an All-NPF Selection. 2005: Joined NPF in 2005, playing for the Connecticut Brakettes…Named an American Softball Association Women’s Open 1st Team All-American in her first season.
